Recently we have 6 properties rented and 3 of them were rented in less than one week! We had a further look at these homes to see what most attracts tenants. Please check out the list here:
- Welcoming and safe neighbourhood
- Local amenities such as shops and parks
- Good schools close by
- Handy to public transport
- Heatpump/Airconditioning, High efficiency log fire, HRV- type systems
- Light and sunny home with northerly aspect
- Fully insulated
- Double glazed
- Quality lined curtains, neutral colours
- Tidy and exceptionally clean
- Second bathroom or if not possible at least a separate toilet
- Upgraded features such as bathroom fittings and kitchen stove
- Plenty of storage space including garaging and sheds (for kids bikes etc)
- Outdoor entertaining area
- Secure covered parking
- Fibre connected
- Pet friendly
- Low maintenance and easy care
- Private fenced outdoor area
- New build or freshly renovated with contemporary decor
